All of Seven Sisters items are handmade upon order. Individual jewelry orders are generally completed and ready to ship within 7 days. During the busy wedding season, April thru September, 3 week lead time is appreciated.

Shipping Policy

Seven Sisters ships via UPS and the charge is $9.50, which includes tracking. International orders are sent USPS Global Priority Mail.

Custom Design & Special Orders

Seven Sisters loves special orders and custom design. If you can’t find exactly what you are looking for, please call to discuss your ideas.

  • Most designs can be color customized to match your gown.
  • Special sizing for bracelet and necklace length available.
  • Your choice of ear wire style in sterling, white or yellow 14K, and 14K gold fill.
  • Your jewelry arrives beautifully packaged.

Your privacy is completely respected. Any information collected is for the purpose of processing your order and will not be shared, sold, or given out under any circumstances.

Seven Sisters stands behind every piece created. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, have any questions or concerns, every effort will be made to accommodate you.

Returns

Seven Sisters wants you completely satisfied with your purchase. If returning, it must be mailed within 10 business days from the date shipped for your refund. The piece must be in perfect condition and not worn. Shipping charges on returned/exchanged merchandise are non-refundable. You must contact Seven Sisters at sevensistersdesign@sbcglobal.net to obtain your Return Authorization Number. This number must be included in your package. For your protection, please send all returns via UPS and shipped in a box, with bubble wrap or a heavily padded mailer. Regular mailing envelopes will be damaged by postal machinery and will, unfortunately, not be accepted.
